On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we invite you to the 3rd International Conference on Tourmaline (TUR2021) on Elba Island, Italy, September 9-11, 2021. TUR2021is the third edition of the Tourmaline conference series organized since 1997. Previous editions of 1997 and 2017 were both held in Nové Mĕsto na Moravĕ, Brno, Czech Republic. The conference will hopefully reflect the philosophy of previous conferences and provide a common forum to present new ideas, concepts and results related to the borosilicate mineral tourmaline. It will also offer an opportunity for students and young scientists to meet and interact with established, well-known scientists.
